The hotel exudes Old Skool charm and perfectly presented rooms, including delightful flowers for my wife's birthday. The rooms are beautifully appointed with fine linens and amenities, creating a fantastic ambiance. However, occasional lack of acknowledgement from some staff members was a minor downside.

The location is amazing, right on the main canal overlooking the Grand Canal with a bar and restaurant terrace, but some remodeling inside might enhance the overall experience. Dining offers a huge selection for an enjoyable experience, although pricing could be a consideration. The service conveys a passionate touch, despite occasional encounters with impolite staff. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room I stayed in with a fruit plate and cookies was enormous with stunning period furnishings, but it wasn't quite ready upon arrival. The service was exceptional, especially the arrangements for a fantastic day at a glass factory. The location couldn't have been better, just minutes from St Mark's Square. The delicious dining experience with a great breakfast made my mornings delightful. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.
